The design retains a separate one bedroom flat in the original cottage, and extends the back of the original house with a modern 3 bedroom home. The living areas feature full height 3.6m high joinery to match the high stud ceiling of the original cottage.
Key Building Features: The building is clad in stained grooved plywood and cedar weatherboard, with double glazed joinery.
