NEW CITY HOTEL
Carnachan Architecture in conjunction with Boffa Miskell, have designed a new hotel for Tauranga’s CBD. The hotel is 13 storeys high, complete with penthouses, gym, conference centre and restaurants.

Mt Maunganui’s Orkney Road has been identified as a local property hot spot by the Bay Times. The cover page on May 2nd, features an editorial on recent sales and development of the area. Carnachan Architecture has designed a number of homes on Orkney and Valley Rd, with one about to start construction.
This outdoor patio and pool design in Whangamata is now complete. The pool is raised above the lawn and landscaping (design by Xanthe White), and bordered by plastered walls on two sides for great wind protection.

This exciting project is the new school hall for Bellevue School. The multi-purpose hall includes a basketball/netball court area for sports and activities, a stage for the performing arts, and a mezzanine floor for spectators and artwork display. Behind the stage is a music room and green room for teaching and school productions.
The pergola extension to the homestead at Walter Peak is now completed. The extension was designed by Mark for Southern Hospitality, and was built by award winning builders Rilean Construction; is operated by Real Journeys, and features a menu designed by Masterchef judge Josh Emett.
